NIce plase but food does not fit the Price range of Hotel
Pleasant interior. Good cleanliness. Location close to ski lift. Nice sauna and pool area with jacuzzi
Food is obviously preordered and delivered from catering services company and does not is not compatible with the hotels price range. Brakfast quite poor.

Nice view
The hotel was grate, the staff- not so much! Can’t say that we felt welcomed. The room was nice with a spacious wooden balcony. Campitello is a charming little town- a nice place to spend the night!

Read before booking.
It is difficult to give feedback. We booked and paid for Hotel Rubino and when we tried to check in we were sent to the neighbouring hotel. To quote the check in 'our sister hotel, it's much more modern and better'. Which it wasn't.
That when we tried checking in to the hotel we were sent to another hotel. The other hotel did not have a balcony at our room, as per the confirmation on our booking. The room did not match the standard we had expected based on the photos online. When we asked at reception, the receptionist insisted we did have a balcony. We did have an 'extra' room that looked out on one side to our neighbour's balcony. So that added insult to injury. We contacted customer service and after 24 hours were told that without contacting us, an agreement was made with Booking.com and Hotel Rubino that we could have the extra cost of our dog removed and have access to the wellness centre for free. We did not want access to the wellness centre. It is a difficult situation to be in as we were there for Christmas holidays with our children so had no real option but to stay at the the Diamond Hotel. The food at the hotel was terrible. The Christmas banquet was a disaster. Food was so slow coming out that people headed to the dessert buffet. We were asked do we want sorbet at one stage and we were finished eating and we could see the bar staff desperately trying to give it out. The dining room is so loud that it's a question of eat and run. There is nothing cosy about this place.The restaurant is extremely warm. While we were in a local shop the lady who served us said the hotel chain has a terrible reputation in the area.
